We have received the permit from the Village of Hinsdale for our Duplex Villa Model and are beginning the excavation process. Our Duplex Villa model will showcase both our Ashley and Becket floor plans. Also, we have submitted for permit on our Single Family home model that will feature our Torrington floor plan.

Hinsdale was ranked No. 8 among the best places to live in Illinois, according to a new list released by Niche. The village, along with 96 other communities in the state, received an A+ grade on the website’s rankings of best places to live for 2018.
